1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

Welcome to the Second Chance Platform (“the Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”).

2. ELIGIBILITY

In order to be eligible for the prizes/rewards up for grabs on the Platform, you must:

• be over the age of 18 years or over;
• reside within the Republic of South Africa;
• possess a valid Identity Document, and/or Passport;
• enter a valid and redeemed OTT Voucher PIN;
• not be an employee of OTT Mobile Technologies (Pty) Ltd or the employees of the Partner, as well as employees of OTT Mobile Technologies (Pty) Ltd-managed entities or related affiliate companies.

3. USER ACCOUNT

• To participate in competitions, you must create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
• You may only have one active account. Creating multiple accounts may result in the termination of your access to the Platform.

4. COMPETITIONS

• Second Chance hosts various competitions. Each competition may have specific rules, guidelines, and eligibility criteria. It is your responsibility to review and comply with the competition-specific terms.
• Second Chance reserves the right to disqualify participants who violate competition rules or engage in any form of misconduct.

5. USER CONTENT

• By submitting content to the Platform, you grant Second Chance a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display the content for the purposes of the competition and platform promotion.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your submitted content does not violate any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

• All content and materials on the Platform, excluding user-generated content, are owned or licensed by Second Chance and are protected by intellectual property laws.
• You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from the Platform without explicit permission.

7. TERMINATION

Second Chance reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account without notice for any violation of these Terms or any applicable laws.

8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY

The Platform is provided “as is,” and Second Chance makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding its availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, mysecondchance.co.za shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic Of South Africa. Any legal action or proceeding related to the Platform shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the Republic Of South Africa.

11. CHANGES TO TERMS

Second Chance reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the Platform, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
